Maybe you have been a customer or perhaps you’re just meeting the us for the first time. Let’s meet the men and the mission behind Oops Repair of Chattanooga.
Part 1 – Meet the guys
Owner, Josh Hrinik spent years in the IT business before opening Oops Repair 7 years ago. He and his wife, along with their four children, are transplants to Chattanooga from the midwest. Josh began repairing iPhones in 2012 with a vision to build a repair shop that could support his big family as well as serve others in his community (more on that later). Josh and his wife, Courtney, homeschool their four kids and stay busy with sports and family activities in their free time. Josh currently serves in full time ministry but can occasionally be found in store repairing devices and seeing how he can better serve his customers. Say hi when you see him!
Alongside Josh, is store manager Joe. Chances are you have had a device repaired by him if you have been in store because Joe was the first employee hired almost 6 years ago! Joe is a Tennessee valley native and has lived locally in Chattanooga for over a decade. He began repairing iPhones and other devices with Josh after spending many years working in the construction business. This business has given Joe a family friendly environment where he can take pride in helping a small business provide valuable service to the city he loves and calls home. Joe and his wife have three young children of their own and also homeschool! Their family loves to travel and make memories experiencing new places together.
Part 2 – The Business
As a small business, you can be sure that customer service is of utmost importance to the men you met above. You can read more on the importance of our customers here! Being locally owned and operated, they desire to serve their community with all they do. They know that having a phone, computer, or iPad that is broken can make for a bad day and they also understand you can’t get a lot of things accomplished without these devices! In our tech-driven world we rely heavily on these things so when we need them repaired; we need someone to provide fast and compassionate service. Oops Repair takes pride in providing some of the quickest repairs done anywhere while aspiring to provide kind, professional service, a place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee (free of charge) while your device is being repaired, just check our reviews! In addition to great service, this business has provided a wholesome environment for several guys who desire to better themselves. Josh has often employed others who hope to change their lives from a past of frequent bad decisions to one where both coworkers and boss provide encouragement and accountability, all while learning life skills that can be used long after they leave the business. Oops Repair is truly a special kind of business, one where you can be confident in the service and also the people providing it.
